Welcome to ApprovalPath, operated by Newframe Group Pty Ltd (ABN XX XXX XXX XXX). By accessing or using ApprovalPath ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. About the Service

ApprovalPath is a software-as-a-service platform that provides AI-powered council approval assessments for residential building and renovation projects in New South Wales, Australia. The Service is designed for use by licensed tradies, builders, and construction professionals ("Subscribers").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) to subscribe to the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

• Subscription plans are billed monthly.
• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Misrepresent the outputs of the Service as formal legal or planning advice
• Share your account credentials with unauthorised third parties
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service

6. Disclaimer

ApprovalPath provides planning guidance only — not legal advice. Assessment reports generated by the Service are indicative and based on publicly available planning data and AI analysis. You must always confirm outcomes with your local council or a qualified planning professional before lodging any development application.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Newframe Group Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including (but not limited to) reliance on assessment outputs.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology associated with the Service are the property of Newframe Group Pty Ltd. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the platform.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
